one thing I don’t like is when my time is wasted… When it doesn’t need to be… CCP the developer of Eve online used to have abhorrent support times but recently my most recent ticket it was very fast, professional and offered many options to fix my issue. Last ticket before my most recent one took 15 days to complete now they only took 4 days to get my request done in 4 days that’s impressive in comparison about 6 times faster… It was related to a billing glitch that they handled very well… It was warp speed and initive keeping me updated and kept an eye on it. I know people are only human and I will only prefer human workers over AI support… Which I see as lazy business practice in my eyes. I can only assume CCP got back on track once they got eve online under their ownership again away from Pearl abyss…. I am still happy about this.
